eCAMS Provider Portal Login

Providers who filed a claim under Camp Lejeune Family Member Program (CLFMP), National Dialysis Services Contract (NDSC) or outside of VA's Community Care Network (CCN) using VA's Electronic Claims Adjudication System (eCAMS) may check the status of their VA claim through this eCAMS Provider Portal (ePP).

eCAMS Provider Portal System Notifications

  • We are aware that some users are experiencing login issues when accessing the eCAMS Provider Portal (ePP), including errors such as: “Hybrid Web Access Management Unknown host Status code: 400 The requested host: ‘eauth.va.gov’ is not being served by this Access Gateway.” These problems are occurring when older or incorrect bookmarked URLs are used. To resolve the issue: Please delete any outdated ePP bookmarks and use the correct login URL: https://eauth.va.gov/ecams. Using the updated link will prevent redirects and erroneous login errors, ensuring stable access to the portal. If you continue to experience issues after updating the URL, please contact the service desk. ecamshdsupport@va.gov.
