eCAMS Provider Portal Login

Providers who filed a claim under Camp Lejeune Family Member Program (CLFMP), National Dialysis Services Contract (NDSC) or outside of VA's Community Care Network (CCN) using VA's Electronic Claims Adjudication System (eCAMS) may check the status of their VA claim through this eCAMS Provider Portal (ePP).

eCAMS Provider Portal System Notifications

  • (Non-CCN) Starting January 2026, VA’s Electronic Claims Adjudication and Management System (eCAMS) will transition to paperless explanation of payment (EOP) documents. This change applies to all claims submitted to VA by paper or electronically to payer IDs 12115, 12116, and VAFSC. Providers can view claim adjudication information through the 835 electronic transaction, or the VA eCAMS Provider Portal at https://www.occepp.fsc.va.gov. Providers may request to continue receiving paper EOPs by emailing eCAMSHDSupport@va.gov. The email must include the provider’s National Provider Identifier (NPI), a VA claim number (TCN) associated with the provider, and provider’s phone number and email address.
